Blueberry Salad With Topping

Ingredients
  Raspberry gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon gelatin 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Canned blueberry pie filling 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon 1 (rind grated)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Lemon rind 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Lemon flavoring 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan mix 1 ½ cups of hot water, and dissolve both the gelatins
2) Stir well the crystals are dissolved
3) Allow to cool till it is syrupy
4) Add the pie filling, grated lemon rind, lemon juice and half the quantity of sugar
5) Pour into a large mould
6) Place in the refrigerator to set
7) Mix the sour cream, lemon flavoring and lemon rind well

SERVING
8) Serve chilled topped with the lemony cream
