|Oranges||8 Large, thinly sliced|
|Bermuda onions||2 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Head of lettuce||1|
1. Take a mixing bowl, add onions and oranges and mix well.
2. Take a jar having tight fit lid and prepare a mixture of oil, salt, vinegar and pepper and shake to blend well.
3. Pour on onion-orange mixture and toss to mix.
4. Take chilled salad plates, arrange lettuces, top with orange-onion mixture and serve.
