Blueberry Fruit Salad
|Fresh blueberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Banana||1 Small, sliced|
|Strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|Seedless grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs), halved|
|Cantaloupe||2 Cup (32 tbs), cubed|
|Orange juice||4 Tablespoon, divided|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Take a bowl, add blueberries, banana, strawberry, seedless grapes and cantaloupe and 2 tbsp orange juice and toss slightly.
2. Take another bowl and prepare a mixture of orange juice with yogurt, ginger, honey and mayonnaise and allow to chill.
3. Take serving plates, arrange fruits and serve along with honey yogurt dressing.
