Couscous Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked couscous 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tomatoes 2 , chopped
  Cucumber 1⁄2 , chopped
  Coriander/Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Mint 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Chili pepper 1 , finely chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Green onions 1 Bunch (100 gm), finely chopped
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large salad bowl.

SERVING
2.Serve garnished with chopped parsley or mint and crisp lettuce leaves on the side to scoop it up with.
