Sparkling Peach Salad
|Unflavored gelatin||3 Tablespoon|
|Ginger ale||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Peaches||2 Can (20 oz), drained|
|Chopped crystallized ginger||2 Tablespoon|
Lightly oil a 9x9x2-inch pan with salad oil and set aside to drain.
Soften gelatin in 1 cup of ginger ale in a small saucepan over hot burner until dissolved.
Stir into remaining ginger ale.
Chill until thicker than the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Add peaches and ginger.
Chill for 3 hours.
Cut in squares.
