Carrot and Orange Salad

Ingredients
  Oranges 2
  Carrots 2 , peeled
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Mint 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Orange zest 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Wash and peel oranges to bring out the segments. Cut each of them in half.

MAKING
2) In a bowl, add orange along with carrots, oil, cinnamon, orange juice, honey, salt & pepper. Toss well to combine.

SERVING
3) Use mint leaves to garnish and serve.
