Parisian Mushroom Salad
|Button mushrooms||8 Ounce|
|Wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped cooked ham||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||1 , quarters (For Garnish)|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Pinch (For Garnish)|
Trim the base of the mushroom stalks and wipe them with a damp cloth.
Slice the mushrooms.
Mix the mayonnaise with the vinegar and the sugar to make a smooth sauce.
Place the prepared mushrooms and ham in a serving bowl and toss in the mayonnaise mixture.
Serve garnished with hard-cooked egg quarters sprinkled with cayenne pepper.
