Rice Salad

Ingredients
  Hot cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  French dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Minced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped sour pickle 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sweet pickle relish 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped pimento 2 Tablespoon
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , chopped
  Mayonnaise 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

Combine rice, French dressing, onions, salt and black pepper.
Let stand while preparing remaining ingredients.
Add celery, green peppers, sour pickles, sweet relish, pimento, eggs and mayonnaise.
Toss lightly with a fork.
Chill thoroughly.
Serves 6 to 8.
