Tuna And White Bean Salad

Ingredients
For dressing
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped sweet white onion 1 Tablespoon (Like Vidalia)
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
For salad
  Canned tuna packed in olive oil 6 Ounce, drained (1 Can, Solid Light Tuna)
  Haas avocado 1⁄2 , peeled and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  Canned cannellini beans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained and rinsed
  Roasted red pepper 1 , drained and patted dry, cut into strips
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. For the dressing: Mix oil, lemon juice, onion, oregano, and salt in a small bowl.
2. For the salad: Break tuna into large chunks in a salad bowl. Add avocado, beans, and roasted pepper. Pour dressing over; season with pepper, and toss gently.
