Mixed Cold Platter with Salad
|Roast veal slices||8 Ounce|
|Pork roast slices||8 Ounce|
|Roast beef slices||8 Ounce|
|Canned mixed vegetables||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Sweet dill pickle||4|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped chives||2 Tablespoon|
|Mixed vegetable pickles||2 Tablespoon|
Arrange the slices of meat attractively on a large dish, leaving the center empty.
Mix the canned vegetables with the chopped dill pickles.
Mix the sour cream with the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar and chives.
Mix with the vegetable mixture and spoon into two small dishes.
Place in the center of the serving dish.
Serve garnished with parsley, tomato and pickled vegetables.
