Sauerkraut Salad

Ingredients
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned sauerkraut 1 Pound, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Finely chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Medium, finely chopped
  Pimiento 2 Ounce, chopped (1 Jar)
  Caraway seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine and heat vinegar, sugar, oil and salt until sugar dissolves.
Pour over sauerkraut; stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover; chill several hours or overnight
