Western Perfection Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Box)
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shredded carrots 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Or Finely Chopped)
  Shredded cabbage 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Or Chopped)
  Diced celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sour cream/Dressing 4 Tablespoon (As Desired)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Stir in next 3 ingredients.
Chill until thickened to the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Fold in vegetables and pour into pan (8 x 8 x 2 inches).
Chill until firm.
Cut into 6 servings and put on greens.
Serve with dressing.
Makes 6 servings.
