Shredded Carrot Salad

Ingredients
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Carrots 2 Pound, shredded
  Flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crushed pineapple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Drained)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Pour boiling water into the bowl and add raisins to it.
2)Let stand for 15 minutes.

MAKING
3)Drain the water from the bowl.
4)Add shredded cabbage, coconut flakes, crushed and drained pineapple and mayonnaise.
5)Toss all ingredients gently.
6)Place in refrigerator for 1hour.

SERVING
7)Serve with whole grain bread rolls.

Where does the cabbage come from? There's no cabbage in the ingredients.
