Basic Ham Or Tongue Salad

Ingredients
  Cubed cooked ham/Tongue / 1 cup each 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Hard-cooked eggs 3 , peeled and coarsely chopped
  Sweet green peppers 1⁄2 Medium, cored, seeded, and cut in julienne strips
  Minced yellow onion 2 Tablespoon
  Dill pickle 1 Large, minced
  Mayonnaise/Mayonnaise- type salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Light cream 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared mild yellow mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients, cover, and chill 2-3 hours.
Serve mounded in lettuce cups or in the center hollow of a tomato aspic or jellied vegetable salad ring.
