Red Apple Salad

Ingredients
  Pineapple tidbits 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Quartered maraschino cherries 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Thinly sliced celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Coarsely chopped walnuts/Peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad dressing 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
  Crisp salad greens 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine fruits, celery and nuts in bowl.
Combine and mix salad dressing, sugar, lemon juice and salt.
Fold in whipped cream.
Add to fruit; mix carefully.
Chill until ready to serve.
Serve on crisp salad greens.
