Ingredients
  Diced cooked chicken 450 Gram
  Pared cored julienned apples 500 Milliliter
  Button mushrooms 120 Gram
  Blanched asparagus 450 Gram
  Mayonnaise 375 Milliliter
  Confectioners sugar 60 Milliliter
  Curry powder 5 Milliliter
  Watercress 170 Gram
Directions

Place the chicken, apples and vegetables in a mixing bowl.
Blend the mayonnaise, sugar and curry powder together.
Wash and trim the watercress.
Place the salad on chilled plates, surround with watercress.
Serve.
