|Diced cooked chicken||450 Gram|
|Pared cored julienned apples||500 Milliliter|
|Button mushrooms||120 Gram|
|Blanched asparagus||450 Gram|
|Confectioners sugar||60 Milliliter|
|Curry powder||5 Milliliter|
Place the chicken, apples and vegetables in a mixing bowl.
Blend the mayonnaise, sugar and curry powder together.
Wash and trim the watercress.
Place the salad on chilled plates, surround with watercress.
