Petite Frozen Cranberry Salads
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Whole cranberry sauce||1 Can (10 oz), chopped|
|Frozen orange juice concentrate||3 Ounce, thawed|
Whip cream, sugar and salt to soft peaks; stir in mayonnaise, mixing well.
Fold in cranberry sauce and orange juice concentrate.
Add some chopped nuts and a few drops of red food coloring.
Line muffin pans with paper bake cups - fill with mixture and freeze until firm.
Serve in the paper cups.
