Ingredients
  Yellow grapefruit 1 , sectioned
  Pink grapefruit 1 , sectioned
  Bartlett pears 3 , pared, cored and julienned
  Green bell pepper 1 , julienned
  Red bell pepper 1 , julienned
  Silvered hazelnuts 125 Milliliter (Filberts)
  Extra virgin olive oil 125 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 45 Milliliter
  Basil 5 Milliliter
  Salt 1 Milliliter
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Endive leaves 4 (Curly Lettuce)
Directions

Mix the grapefruits, pears, bell peppers and hazelnuts.
Blend the oil, lemon juice, and seasonings.
Place the lettuce leaves on chilled plates, top with salad, pour vinaigrette over salad and serve.
