|Boiled chicken||1 Quart, cut into small cubes (Cold)|
|Finely cut celery||1 Pint|
|Hard boiled eggs||2|
|Mayonnaise dressing||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1) In a bowl, mix the tender chicken with celery, 1 chopped egg and seasoning. Pour in the French dressing and let it marinate for an hour in a cold place.
2) Plate up the salad on top of lettuce leaves and spread the mayonnaise over it.
3) Decorate the salad with olives and the remaining chopped egg.
4) Sprinkle paprika over it and serve.
