Orange And Almond Salad

Ingredients
  Spinach 300 Gram, washed and trimmed
  Mushrooms 8 Large, sliced
  Gruyere cheese 250 Milliliter, grated
  Seedless red grapes 250 Milliliter
  Canned mandarin orange sections 250 Milliliter, drained, juice reserved
  Toasted almonds 60 Milliliter
  Mayonnaise 250 Milliliter
  Orange juice 60 Milliliter (Reserved From Orange Sections)
  Orange juice concentrate 60 Milliliter
  Cinnamon 1 Milliliter
Directions

Tear the spinach into bite size pieces and place on chilled serving plates.
Top with mushrooms, cheese, grapes, orange sections and almonds.
In a mixing bowl, blend together the mayonnaise, juices and cinnamon.
Serve with the salad, to the side.
