Delicious Different Salad
|Fruit cocktail||1 1⁄4 Can (12.5 oz) (1 Large Can)|
|Canned pineapple tidbits||15 Ounce, drain for 30 minutes, cut into smaller pieces (1 Medium Can)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Large Package, Philadelphia)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Small marshmallows||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix cheese, whipped cream and mayonnaise; add pecans and marshmallows, then pineapple.
Mix fruit cocktail in gently.
Pack firmly in round mold - be sure to let sit for 24 hours so salad will stay in molded form when turned on serving plate.
