Molded Cottage Cheese And Spinach Salad

|Fresh spinach leaves||1 Quart (Prepared, Lightly Packed For Measuring)|
|Hard cooked eggs||3 , peeled and diced|
|Cottage cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sweet green pepper||1 Medium, cored, seeded and minced|
|Minced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Mix all ingredients and pack into a lightly oiled 5-cup ring mold.
Cover and chill 3-4 hours.
Unmold and garnish, if you like, with tomato wedges and parsley or watercress sprigs.
