Pineapple Cranberry Salad
|Canned pineapple slices||4|
|Canned jellied cranberry sauce slices||4|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Ground ginger||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Chopped nuts||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
1. Take a bowl and add pineapple and cranberry slices and arrange them in sandwich fashion over the crispy greens.
2. Fold in cream cheese, salt and ginger; and roll it off to four balls. Add chopped nuts.
3. Fix one cheese ball to each salad.
4 .Serve with dilute mayonnaise and a little pineapple juice.
