Sour Cream Fruit Salad
|Canned pineapple chunks||15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned mandarin oranges||11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Miniature marshmallows||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flaked coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Commercial sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Apple||1 Large, cored and cubed|
|Dates||12 , pitted and cut into 1/4 inch slices|
|Walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped|
|Maraschino cherries||12 , sliced|
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2.In a pan, heat oil and put ham and onion in it and stir well unti onion gets soft.
3.Add pork and beans, catsup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and hot sayce in the pan and mix well.
4.Take a 2 quart casserole and put the mixture in it and bake the dish for 40 minutes.
