Sour Cream Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Canned pineapple chunks 15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Miniature marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Commercial sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apple 1 Large, cored and cubed
  Dates 12 , pitted and cut into 1/4 inch slices
  Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Maraschino cherries 12 , sliced
  Lettuce leaves 2
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
2.In a pan, heat oil and put ham and onion in it and stir well unti onion gets soft.
3.Add pork and beans, catsup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and hot sayce in the pan and mix well.
4.Take a 2 quart casserole and put the mixture in it and bake the dish for 40 minutes.

SERVING
5.Serve hot.
