MACARONI SALAD

Ingredients
  Macaroni 8 Ounce
  Grated cheese 4 Ounce
  French capers 1 Tablespoon
  Green pepper To Taste, diced
  Rred adishes 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Onion 1 Small
  Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
  Lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  French dressing 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook the macaroni with the halved onion in boiling water until tender — about 15 to 20 minutes — then drain well.
Rinse under running cold water.
When well drained and cool, stir in most of the grated cheese, saving 1 tblspn.
Sprinkle on the diced green pepper and capers, and heap the mixture into a lettuce lined bowl.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and the chopped chives.
A few pieces of spring onion would be good, if liked.
Thinly slice the radishes and add to mixture.
Serve with French dressing.
