|Grated cheese||4 Ounce|
|French capers||1 Tablespoon|
|Green pepper||To Taste, diced|
|Rred adishes||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped chives||1 Tablespoon|
|Lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|French dressing||1 Tablespoon|
Cook the macaroni with the halved onion in boiling water until tender â€” about 15 to 20 minutes â€” then drain well.
Rinse under running cold water.
When well drained and cool, stir in most of the grated cheese, saving 1 tblspn.
Sprinkle on the diced green pepper and capers, and heap the mixture into a lettuce lined bowl.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and the chopped chives.
A few pieces of spring onion would be good, if liked.
Thinly slice the radishes and add to mixture.
Serve with French dressing.
