Hearts Of Palm Salad
|Lettuce head||1 Large, torn into bite-size pieces|
|Avocado||1 Small, peeled and diced|
|Canned hearts of palm||14 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|French dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Toss lettuce and avocado in a large salad bowl.
Cut hearts of palm into 1/4-inch slices; add to bowl.
Lightly mix in French dressing and seasonings to taste.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
