Cauliflower And Avocado Salad

Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1 , separated into florets
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Lettuce 4 Ounce (Romaine, Butter Or Red Leaf)
  Guacamole 4 Tablespoon
  Slivered almonds 3 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Bring water to boil in a saucepan.
Add cauliflower florets and cook for 4 minutes.
Rinse in ice water and drain.
In a bowl, combine the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
Add the cauliflower, toss and refrigerate 2 hours.
Arrange the cauliflower on lettuce lined plates.
Top with the guacamole and garnish with almonds.
