Turkey Vegetable Salad
|Diced cooked turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooked peas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Grated onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Walnut halves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnish)|
Lightly mix turkey with peas, celery, walnuts, grated onion, salt and pepper.
Toss with mayonnaise until evenly coated.
Serve with lettuce.
Garnish with walnut halves.
