Soybean Cauliflower Salad
|Cooked soybeans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked chopped cauliflower||5 1⁄2 Cup (88 tbs)|
|Thick sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated onion||3⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Grated cooked beetroot||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Add dressing to cauliflower and soybeans and toss together with fork lightly.
