Soybean Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked soybeans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked chopped cauliflower 5 1⁄2 Cup (88 tbs)
  Thick sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated onion 3⁄4 Tablespoon
  Grated cooked beetroot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Add dressing to cauliflower and soybeans and toss together with fork lightly.
Chill.
