BEETROOT SALAD

Ingredients
  Cooked beets 4
  Chopped onion 1
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1
  Thin cream 1⁄4 Pint
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix cream, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper and put into refrigerator.
Slice beets into thin slices and sprinkle each layer with the mixed onion and parsley.
Just before serving, pour over the dressing.
