RAW BEET SALAD

Ingredients
  Raw beets 4
  Celery stalks 4
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Raw carrots 2
  Cabbage 1⁄4 Small
  French dressing 1 Tablespoon
  Lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground peanuts 1 Tablespoon
  Walnuts 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash and grind the beets.
Cut celery parsley, carrots and cabbage fine.
Marinate with French dressing.
Place on lettuce leaves.
Sprinkle peanuts over top.
Garnish centre with walnuts and mayon- naise.
