Spring Time Salad

Ingredients
  Canned grapefruit sections 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Green onions 4 , thinly sliced
  Radishes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Cucumber/Greens of your choice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
Directions

Drain grapefruit.
Wash and dry greens (of your choice) and tear into bite-size pieces.
Add grapefruit sec tions, onions, radishes, and cucumber.
Toss and serve with a Roquefort dressing, before serving.
