Spring Time Salad
|Canned grapefruit sections||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Green onions||4 , thinly sliced|
|Radishes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Cucumber/Greens of your choice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
Wash and dry greens (of your choice) and tear into bite-size pieces.
Add grapefruit sec tions, onions, radishes, and cucumber.
Toss and serve with a Roquefort dressing, before serving.
