Tasty Apple Salad

Ingredients
  Canned pineapple tidbits 20 Ounce, drained and save juice (1 Can)
  Miniature marshmallows 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cool whip 8 Ounce (1 Container)
  Chopped apples 2 Cup (32 tbs) (With Skins)
  Dry roasted peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

Mix pineapple juice, sugar, flour, egg, and vinegar in pan.
Cook until thick.
Refrigerate overnight.
Next day, or 8 hours, mix together apples, nuts, Cool Whip, pineapple, marsh-mallows and pineapple juice; mix and refrigerate until ready to serve.
