Tasty Apple Salad

|Canned pineapple tidbits||20 Ounce, drained and save juice (1 Can)|
|Miniature marshmallows||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Cool whip||8 Ounce (1 Container)|
|Chopped apples||2 Cup (32 tbs) (With Skins)|
|Dry roasted peanuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Mix pineapple juice, sugar, flour, egg, and vinegar in pan.
Cook until thick.
Next day, or 8 hours, mix together apples, nuts, Cool Whip, pineapple, marsh-mallows and pineapple juice; mix and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Restriction:Lacto Ovo Vegetarian
