Rosy Tuna Salad
|Unpeeled diced apples||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Seedless grapes||60 Milliliter, quartered (1/4 Cup)|
|Walnuts||60 Milliliter, chopped (1/4 Cup)|
|Tuna||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (184 Gram)|
|Cooked navy beans||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Spinach leaves/Lettuce leaves||4|
|Yogurt||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Sesame tahini||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Tomato paste||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
1.In a bowl, mix apples, grapes, nuts, tuna and beans.
2.In a separate bolw, mix yogurt, tahini, and tomato paste .
3.Pour the dressing over the fruits and shake well.
4.Serve the salad on spinach or lettuce leaves with a garnishing of walnuts.
