SUMMER PASTA SALAD
|Elbow macaroni/Ring macaroni||8 Ounce|
|Cubed cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced gherkins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked peas||1⁄2 Pound|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook macaroni according to direction.
Add cheese, gherkins, onion and mayon- naise to cooled pasta and the peas and celery.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Chill before serving on a bed of shredded lettuce, or lettuce leaves.
