Summertime Chicken Salad
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen whipped topping||1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed|
|Cooked chicken||3 Cup (48 tbs), cut in to chunks|
|Celery||2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced|
|Seedless grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in halves|
|Slivered toasted almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pimiento stuffed olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
Mix together mayonnaise and whipped topping.
Mix together the rest of the ingredients, except lettuce cups.
Pour mayonnaise and whipped topping over chicken mixture; toss lightly but thoroughly.
Refrigerate until serving time.
Serve in crisp lettuce cups.
