|Finely chopped celery||1 2⁄3 Tablespoon|
|Celery seeds||2 Teaspoon|
|Pineapple juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Or To Taste)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Grate fine equal parts of cabbage, apple and carrot.
Add a third of that amount of finely chopped celery, two teaspoonsful of celery seed, a few chunks of pineapple, and salt to taste.
Pour over a dressing of equal amounts of pineapple juice and vegetable oil to taste and toss.
This salad will keep.
Finely chopped nuts added to this salad improve it.
