ORANGE-OLIVE SALAD

Ingredients
  Orange 1
  Onion 1 Small, chopped finely
  Black olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

Cut peeled orange into sections.
Chop a small onion finely.
Mix the orange segments and chopped onion with 1/4 cup black olives, and arrange the salad on endive curls.
Pour over a little olive oil with a pinch of salt and cayenne pepper.
