Cauliflower Broccoli Salad
|Sliced green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bacon||1 Pound, cooked and crumbled|
|Cheddar cheese||6 Ounce, cubed|
|Mozzarella cheese||6 Ounce, cubed|
|Mayonnaise||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cut up the cauliflower and broccoli into very small pieces.
Add to diced cheeses.and onion.
Mix mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and vinegar together; stir into vegetables.
Add bacon last.
This is an excellent salad and can be made ahead and kept for a day or two in the refrigerator.
