Ingredients
  Bibb lettuce head 1⁄2
  Truffle slice 30 Gram (Black)
  Egg yolks 2
  Olive oil 80 Milliliter
  Anchovy fillets 2
  Dijon mustard 3 Milliliter
  Vinegar 45 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 30 Milliliter
  Caviar 45 Milliliter
  Nasturtium flowers 12 (Yellow And Orange)
Directions

Blend the two lettuces.
Sprinkle with the chopped truffles.
Place the egg yolks into a blender.
On high speed slowly incorporate the oil into the egg forming a thick mayonnaise.
Blend in the anchovy, mustard, vinegar, and lemon.
Pour this dressing over the lettuce and toss.
Plate lettuce on well chilled plates.
Sprinkle with caviar and garnish with flowers.
Serve.
