Seafood Salad

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 Large
  Cooked peeled deveined shrimp 115 Gram
  Cooked lobster meat 115 Gram
  Cooked crab meat 115 Gram
  Cooked scallops 115 Gram (Small)
  Chopped green onions 2
  Finely diced red bell pepper 45 Milliliter
  Finely diced celery 45 Milliliter
  Ranch dressing 250 Milliliter
Directions

Cut the tops from the tomatoes, scoop out the pulp and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, blend the seafood, vegetables and dressing together.
Fill the tomato cavity with the seafood mixture.
Place the sprouts on four chilled serving plates, top with a tomato and serve.
