Ingredients
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green onions 3 Small, cut in 1" pieces
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix and put in blender.
Blend at liquify for 1 minute.
Makes 1 pint.
