Chow Chow Chicken Or Turkey Salad

Ingredients
  Cold diced cooked chicken/Turkey meat (preferably white meat) 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Finely chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped mustard pickle 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Pimiento 1 , drained and minced
  Coarsely chopped blanched almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated yellow onion 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  French dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Mix together all ingredients, cover and chill 2-3 hours to blend flavor Serve as is or in lettuce cups, hollowed-out tomatoes, or avocado halves.
For a touch of the exotic, serve in mango or small papaya halves.
