Ingredients
  Canned great northern beans 16 Ounce, rinsed, drained (1 Can)
  Canned black beans 16 Ounce, rinsed, drained (1 Can)
  Chopped seeded tomatoes 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Chopped red bell pepper 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Thinly sliced green onions 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salsa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped cilantro 1 Tablespoon (Optional)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 1
Directions

Combine beans, tomatoes, bell pepper, green onions, salsa, vinegar, cilantro, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well.
Spoon into lettuce-lined bowl.
Serve with tortilla chips.
