Pineapple Carrot Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin/Orange gelatin 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Large Package)
  Pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crushed pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated raw carrots 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and add pineapple juice.
Chill.
When this begins to thicken, add other ingredients.
Pour mixture into mold and chill until set.
Unmold on a plate of lettuce and serve with mayonnaise.
