Pineapple Carrot Salad

|Lemon gelatin/Orange gelatin||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Large Package)|
|Pineapple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Crushed pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated raw carrots||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and add pineapple juice.
When this begins to thicken, add other ingredients.
Pour mixture into mold and chill until set.
Unmold on a plate of lettuce and serve with mayonnaise.
