Salmon Salad With Caper Sauce

Ingredients
  Plain gelatin 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Envelopes, 0.25 Ounce Each)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned red salmon 20 Ounce (1 Can, No. 2 Size)
  Hard boiled eggs 2 , chopped
  Chopped stuffed olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Caper juice 2 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 1 Large
  Mayonnaise 1 Pint (Or Use Slightly Less)
  Worcestershire 1 Tablespoon
  Hot sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Horseradish mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
Melt over hot water.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Add dissolved gelatin and mold.
Serves 4 to 6.
