Orange And Olive Salad
|Boston lettuce head/Bibb lettuce||1 Small|
|Orange juice||3 Fluid Ounce|
|White pepper||To Taste|
|Black olives||10 , pitted|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
Separate the lettuce into leaves.
Wash thoroughly and pat dry with a dish towel.
Put in a salad bowl.
Mix the orange juice with the salt, pepper and sugar.
Pour over the lettuce and toss to coat.
Peel the orange.
Slice thinly, then halve the slices.
Arrange the orange pieces and olives in the bowl and sprinkle over the olive oil.
