Molded Grapefruit And Pineapple Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon-flavored gelatin/Lime flavored gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grapefruit sections 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut up (Use Either Fresh Or Canned, Including Juice)
  Canned pineapple chunks 13 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Quartered maraschino cherries/Candied cherries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coarsely chopped pecans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Mix gelatin with boiling water, stirring until dissolved; cool, then chill until syrupy and stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon into an ungreased 3-cup mold or 4—6 individual molds.
Chill until firm, unmold, and serve with mayonnaise or Cream Cheese and Fruit Dressing.
