Nasturtium Shrimp and Watercress Salad
|Watercress||1 Bunch (100 gm), washed|
|Shrimp/Fresh peeled shrimp||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Nasturtium flowers/Any edible flowers||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use Organically Grown)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Tablespoon (Extracted From 1/2 Lemon)|
1) Wash the watercress thoroughly with cold, running water.
2) In a bowl, place watercress and add olive oil, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Toss well.
3) Add shrimp, and toss thoroughly to combine.
4) Serve by garnishing with flowers.
