Summer Pasta Salad

This inexpensive dish is the perfect treat for your little one and the entire family. Even for those who never cook, this recipe in easy and fast.
Ingredients
  Cooked orecchiette pasta 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked fusilli 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pine nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted
  Green olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Sun dried tomatoes in olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Tomatoes 2 , cubed (or grape tomatoes/cherry tomatoes)
  Basil leaves 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
For dressing
  Extra virgin olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a medium bowl, mix together extra virgin olive oil, white vinegar, parmesan cheese, lemon and salt and pepper. Set aside.

MAKING
2. In a large bowl, add in the orecchiette pasta, fusilli, pine nuts, and green olives, sun dried tomatoes, tomatoes and basil.
3. Pour in the dressing and toss well.

SERVING
4. Serve Pasta Salad with roasted chicken.
